Agreement
These Terms govern use of Alpavo. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to form this agreement in your location. If you use Alpavo for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
The service
Alpavo provides local persona editing, appearance recipes, version snapshots, digest checks, imports, exports, optional public-wallet association, and related documentation. It is not a hosted character-chat service, identity authority, rights registry, financial account, or investment product.
Features may change, pause, or end. Local browser data may be lost, so you are responsible for backups.
Your content
You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in content you enter. You grant Alpavo only the limited permission needed for your browser and hosting infrastructure to display and process the service at your direction.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not impersonate real people deceptively, expose personal data without authorization, infringe intellectual-property rights, or create content that violates applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not use Alpavo to harm people, distribute malware, evade safeguards, interfere with the service, probe for unauthorized access, misrepresent a digest as proof it cannot provide, or violate the rules of another platform.
Response boundaries in a persona are descriptive instructions. You must still review how an external AI system interprets them and comply with that system’s terms.
Wallet and persona-proof actions
Wallet connection reads a selected public address and active chain ID. A separate review and confirmation are required for any configured persona-proof action. Alpavo's proof call uses zero transfer value; network gas may still apply.
You are responsible for checking the business ID, digest, target contract, network, gas cost, and wallet prompt. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. A submitted transaction is not necessarily confirmed. A persona hash cannot prove identity, authorship, truth, or lawful ownership.
Receipts and availability
Pending, confirmed, and failed labels are derived from the connected provider's transaction receipt. Local-demo records have no contract, transaction hash, block time, or mainnet status and must not be treated as on-chain evidence.
No token reward, airdrop, financial return, eligibility, or allocation is promised. Alpavo may keep proof anchoring unavailable until a reviewed deployment is configured.
Third-party tools
You may copy or import persona material into other AI, story, wallet, or storage tools. Those services are independent and have their own policies, availability, output behavior, and data practices.
Alpavo does not guarantee that exports will work everywhere or that an external model will follow your persona boundaries. Links do not imply endorsement or partnership.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Alpavo disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and universal compatibility.
You are responsible for reviewing generated prompts, exports, wallet prompts, and third-party outputs before relying on them.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpavo and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use, data loss, external tool behavior, wallet activity, or reliance on a digest.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions may give you additional rights.
Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date appears above. Material updates apply prospectively.
Questions should be sent through the project support channel associated with the deployment. Do not include private keys, seed phrases, or other secrets.
